From an early age I was infatuated with art and design. I would often find myself distracted by typical studies and entertain myself by sketching often. By high school I began taking Graphic Design courses and, unlike many of my peers, solidified a career path early on. 

I moved on to graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) with a Bachelor's Degree of Fine Arts with a primary focus on Graphic Design.

I moved to Colorado shortly after graduating for work in a small creative branding / web design start-up where I quickly moved up from a part-time designer, to full-time project creative lead, taking ownership of many projects simultaniously and managing our small team. My leadership and strong branding focus allowed the business to pivot to a full-service creative agency focused primarily in the cannabis and CBD industries which were booming at that time.

I moved onto other positions working in marketing departments as the lead designer, helping with numerous campaigns. With my help MJBiz, the leading Cannabis events and news organization, was able to launch 3 new international conferences and sell-out their flagship conference year over year, resulting in 35k in attendance.

After COVID, I began contracting full-time where I have succeeded in helping many small businesses with their creative needs. Last year, I branded and led the marketing efforts for a first year music festival — which through my efforts was successful. I am passionate about illustration and screen-printing, which has allowed me to create merch and posters for nationally touring artists and events.
